New 'Morgan' Clip Tells Us Hell Hath No Fury Like a Genetically Engineered Teenage Humanoid
< >
We've all experienced the insatiable sulkiness of an angsty teenager, but it turns out there's actually a form of adolescent blues that is far worse than the traditional tuts and rolling of eyes we're used to. In a new clip from the upcoming Sci-Fi/Horror, Morgan, the titular genetically-engineered teenager shows that life can be a real bitch....when you piss her off.

In Morgan's defense, she's got a lot more to be angry about than most American teenagers. Morgan is a genetically-engineered being who has spent almost her entire (accelerated) life being observed by scientists in an underground facility. Being surrounded by humans your entire life only to learn that you are not one of them would be enough to put your mind in a bit of a spin, but when you add in some very dangerous gifts it's not hard to see where trouble could arise.

Morgan is played by Anya Taylor-Joy (The Witch) and is supported by a cast that includes Kate Mara (The Martian), Paul Giamatti (The Amazing Spider-Man), and Rose Leslie (Game of Thrones).

Check out the official synopsis and trailer below:
