Ben Affleck Tweets Mystery Video of Deathstroke, Internet Swiftly Loses Its Mind
If you needed something to clear the Monday morning fog from your eyes, Ben Affleck has just the thing. The Batman star just tweeted a mysterious video featuring footage of an armor-clad character that resembles a well-known DC Comics villain.

The video featured no caption, and it appeared to have been filmed in what looks like a janitor's closet. Of course, that janitor's closet is actually more likely to be the set of the Justice League movie where Affleck and the rest of the cast are currently based, but still....

We've had a pretty good idea that Slade Wilson is due for a call up to the DCEU in the near future for some time now, however I'm not sure many expected that call up to come for the Justice League movie. Deathstroke has grappled with the JLA on a number of occasions, but it was thought that if he was going to make a splash on the big screen, it would be with Affleck in his upcoming solo Batman movie. Of course, that could still be the case, especially given that it was Affleck who released the video. There's the possibility that this was a brief screen test for a Justice League post-credits scene leading us into the solo Batman movie, and if it is, I don't think there will be many DC fans complaining about the way the legendary villain looks.

There does remain a question about just why Affleck shared such a poor quality video of what could be a huge moment for the DCEU. Was it done by accident, or was he just so excited he couldn't wait to
