These Star Wars Graphite Drawings Look Like Beautiful Black-and-White Photographs
Star Wars fan art is ubiquitous on the internet, but this is on another level. These graphite drawings by artist Logan Koontz are beautiful and hyper-realistic, to the point that they look like high-quality black-and-white photographs:

I drew a thing. Rey. I drew Rey.

I drew a thing.

Koontz, whose work can be found and purchased on Facebook and Imgur, uses brushed graphite on watercolor paper in order to create these amazing drawings. He's also created uncanny likenesses of other familiar faces in the geek world, including Captain America, Iron Man, the Eleventh Doctor, Batfleck, and some Batman villains.

But his magnum opus, outside of the Star Wars arena, might be his drawing of Matt Damon's Mark Watney from The Martian. The drawing became such a success, Andy Weir himself asked for a print, and Koontz received a signed Martian book in return.

I drew another thing.
