New ‘Logan’ Image May Tease Berserker Wolverine
There's been a lot of great information coming out about the conclusion to the Wolverine trilogy this week. The official name of the film was revealed to be 'Logan' alongside the first poster, and the first image from the movie, a portrait of an extremely old Professor X, was released online. Now, another image from the film has been released, and it teases the type of brutal violence fans can expect to see from the first and last rated-R Wolverine flick.

In the past, Hugh Jackman has teased the fact that Wolverine will be going full berserker mode in the movie, a state where he totally gives in to blind rage and starts hacking to pieces absolutely everything in his way. This pic may be the first taste of what that's going to feel like, and it probably wouldn't be unwise to bet on even more severed limbs in the film itself.

Recent plot details, unveiled by The Wrap, suggest that 'Logan' will take place in 2024 and feature a Wolverine who's age is affecting his healing factor. Likewise, Professor X will apparently be suffering from a condition comparable to Alzheimer's, and one can only imagine the type of trouble that could cause for Logan. As the relationship between Charles Xavier and Wolverine is arguably the most pronounced in the entire X-Men series, there's sure to be a lot of emotion for Hugh Jackman's last time strapping on those adamantium claws.

'Logan' is slated for a release on March 3rd, 2017.
