New "Logan" Storyboards Preview Some Hardcore Wolverine Action
You could be a badass, but you'll never be Wolverine-riding-an-exploding-Humvee-up-to-a-helicopter-and-slicing-off-its-rotors-midair badass. There's just no question. And while Wolverine (and the X-Men) have gotten some tough breaks in the movie department this past decade, the new movie with the adamantium-clawed superhero isn't even called "Wolverine." According to the giant building outside New York Comic-Con, it's called "LOGAN."

We're going to disregard Ryan Reynold's claim that that's his tiny Deadpool hand holding Logan's and focus on the new Tweet from James Mangold that reveals two new storyboards from the upcoming movie:

So what we've got here is ostensibly one of the film's action scenes, depicting Logan flying through a car's windshield, claws first. Logan's "berserker" rage is something Jackman has hinted at with the recent photo of a severed arm from the movie, so this may be another example of the mayhem in store. Note the credit at the bottom of the Tweet: Gabriel Hardman. In case you didn't know, he was the storyboard artist on two little films you may have heard of: Interstellar and Inception. He also does the comic book art for Marvel's Hulk and Invisible Republic.

This is reportedly the last time Hugh Jackman is going to be playing Wolverine, so there's a lot riding on this film. As we've mentioned before, the new movie is going to rated R and features Wolverine dealing with the breakdown of his healing factor due to his age, as well as a strained relationship with Professor X, who may be coping with something akin to Alzheimer's. Who the child's hand belongs to in the poster, we don't know. We hope 1) that it's attached to something, and 2) that Ryan Reynolds really is lying.

Logan will be released in theaters March 3rd, 2017.
