Is This Why Tim Miller Left Deadpool 2?
Deadpool director Tim Miller sent shockwaves through the comic book movie community when he suddenly exited Deadpool 2, and now a new rumor has emerged citing the reason why he may have left - and it might be a good thing that he did.

According to The Wrap, the creative differences between Miller and star Ryan Reynolds boiled down to Miller wanting to turn the sequel into a big budget superhero movie - in other words, the antithesis of the first film. According to the report, Reynolds and writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick all wanted the sequel to be a "scrappy, raunchy, and inexpensive movie," like the original, while Miller preferred a huge spectacle film with a budget in excess of $150 million (the original's budget was only $58 million. "There were two totally different movies on the table, and one of them just wasn't Deadpool,' the Wrap's source is quoted as saying.

So if you were afraid that Tim Miller leaving Deadpool 2 meant that you wouldn't get the same type of movie as Deadpool in the sequel, then apparently you had it backwards. There's no release date yet for Deadpool 2, but the movie sure sounds like it's going to give fans what they want when it arrives.
