Kevin Feige Says Inhumans Will Happen "For Sure," Maybe as a TV Show
The Inhumans movie has been delayed for so long, we were starting to lose hope that it would ever actually come to fruition. But now, Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, has confirmed that we'll be seeing the Inhumans in the foreseeable future—maybe in Phase 4, or maybe on their own television show.

Opening quote
I think Inhumans will happen for sure. I don't know when. I think it's happening on television. And I think as we get into Phase 4 as I've always said, it could happen as a movie. I think it would be super cool.
Closing quote

This quotation is a little confusing, but assuming that he doesn't actually mean that he has no idea what's been happening on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for the last couple of seasons, he seems to be hinting that the Inhumans could get their own TV show. We'd be interested to see whether it would be a proper spin-off of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., focusing on a few of the lesser-known comics characters that have appeared on the show, or whether they'd bring in the classic characters.

In the comics, the Inhumans team is made up of the royal family of the Inhuman race: Black Bolt, Medusa, Karnak, Gorgon, Triton, Crystal, Maximus the Mad, and Lockjaw. Each of them has a unique superpower (except Karnak, who was never exposed to the Terrigen Mist): Black Bolt can project his voice in destructive sonic waves (kind of like Banshee). Medusa's hair is super-strong and can move on its own, Triton is basically a fishier version of Aquaman, Crystal can control elements like fire and wind, and so on. They're a lot like the X-Men, which is why Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch may technically be called "Inhumans" in the movies, and why the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. plotline is basically just an X-Men story.

If it does still happen as a movie, then it wouldn't come out for quite a while. Phase 3 includes Avengers: Infinity War and its untitled sequel, so any Inhumans film would be slated for 2020 or later. Feige has previously said that the Inhumans movie is definitely still happening, it's just shuffled down the schedule, so we'll see if Marvel entirely changes their minds about that.
