J.J. Abrams Releases New Clip from Westworld's "Crazy" Finale
Westworld is finally finishing up with a 90-minute finale this Sunday, and J.J. Abrams has just released the first official clip, featuring Tessa Thompson's Charlotte rubbing her win in the face of Dr. Ford (which is probably a terrible, terrible idea on her end):

In this excerpt from The Tonight Show, Abrams promises that the finale will be "crazy," and although the clip is relatively quiet, it portends crazier things to come. It seems that Charlotte has successfully pushed Ford out of Westworld, but we all know that won't take. Ford is always three steps ahead in this chess game, and there's no way he's going down without a fight.

Abrams also teased that the pitch for next season is "even crazier." Some have speculated that we might get to see Futureworld or some of the other parks in Michael Crichton's Westworld universe, which could be interesting, although I think they have enough on their plate with all the convoluted timelines. Plus, the Futureworld sequel was almost universally panned, so we may not want to get our hopes up.

The Westworld finale airs on Sunday at 9pm on HBO.
