Seven Creepy Minutes of 'Justice League Dark' Get Released
The Justice League movie is almost here - no, not the Zack Snyder movie, the one that frankly has a better chance of being good: Justice League Dark. Warner Bros. Animation's content over the past several years (Batman: The Killing Joke, Justice League: War) has vastly out-shined the work of its live action counterparts in the DCEU, and their newest animated feature looks to continue that trend. Warner is so confident that it's good, in fact, that they've released the first seven minutes of the film online for free.

And let's just say, the movie is definitely living up to its dark reputation (sorry). The clip goes from a woman mowing down pedestrians in the streets with her car, to a man who killed his neighbors and is about to murder his family, to a woman throwing a baby off a damn building only to follow suit herself. Wonder Woman, Superman, and Batman intervene in each of these instances, but the heroes only manage to save some of the lives each time, not the ideal "all of them."

Something is causing ordinary people to see others as terrifying monsters that drive them to do hideous things they wouldn't normally do, and of course it comes down to the World's Greatest Detective to figure out why. We've seen some teaser-length cuts of these scenes before, but here's nearly seven whole minutes. You can check it out below, apparently provided in a promotional deal with Playstation:

Justice League Dark
will be released digitally on January 24, and on DVD and Blu-ray on February 7.
