Football fans watching Super Bowl LIII may have thought they had a few too many when the game's broadcast was seemingly interrupted by a series of glitches that led to a black screen saying "CBS Is Off The Air." Fortunately for lovers of the otherwise banal game – the two teams remained tied 3 - 3 until the New England Patriots scored 10 points in the final quarter – it was actually a teaser trailer for 'The Twilight Zone' reboot, which will feature Get Out and US director Jordan Peele as host. Peele, who appeared in the teaser, seems to be the perfect successor to Rod Serling, who hosted the original series from 1959 - 1964 and wrote or co-wrote 92 of 156 total episodes over five seasons.

In addition to Peele's work on The Twilight Zone, he is also producing HBO's forthcoming series Lovecraft Country, based on the novel of the same name by Matt Ruff.

The Twilight Zone premieres on CBS All-Access on April 1, 2019.
