Curiosity Rover Spots More UFOs On Mars
Just over a week ago, NASA's Mars Curiosity Rover uploaded a series of images from its Rear Hazard Avoidance Cameras, a routine process which allows the public to view raw images from the rover's operations on Mars. While the process was routine, the contents of the images were far from it. In the top left of certain images a small black object can be seen moving across the sky behind the rover, leading many to believe this could well be a UFO.
So, could Curiosity really have an extraterrestrial shadow? As of yet, there has been no comment from the team that run Curiosity at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory but in the meantime, certain UFO investigators have been trying to analyze the imagery, with some stating this is solid evidence of an extraterrestrial craft. More mundane explanations range from the object being the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, which often crosses Curiosity's path from the sky, to bits of rock and dust getting flung up as Curiosity pootles along the Red planet's surface.
This isn't the first time that NASA equipment has spotted some interesting objects though. In May of this year, the internet was abuzz when a Disk-Shaped object was spotted in a photo taken by a NASA astronaut. As we litter the solar system with more and more image capturing technology, it's only reasonable to expect we will start seeing more and more bizarre objects popping up. Whether or not these are alien in nature remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure, we should all be keeping our eyes on the raw images that get uploaded, because who knows what we could see next!
