The Truth Embargo - Documentary Argues Alien Conspiracy
A new documentary is in the works that hopes to prove the government cover-up of extraterrestrial visitations to Earth. Jeremy Kenyon Lockyer Corbell's movie, The Truth Embargo, aims to explore the events that led to the historic Citizens Hearing on Disclosure all through the perspective of 3 of the event's key characters... A historian, A Journalist and An Activist.
Vice have released a series of teasers for the documentary, but this 17 minute clip detailing an interview with ANONYMOUS serves as the pivotal moment in the film's story. The man, known only as Anonymous, claims to have worked for the US Government in a number of capacities and his testimonies provide what would seem to be damning evidence against those who argue the Government has no knowledge of extraterrestrial visitation. Anonymous claims he was involved in a number of projects revolving around UFOs and extraterrestrials, all of which had links right to the higher rungs of the government ladder.
One of the boldest claims made by Anonymous centers on President Eisenhower, who upon hearing of happenings at Area 51, threatened to gather a force of troops to invade the facility. At this point, Anonymous was sent to Area 51 in an attempt to diffuse the situation, a trip which he claims exposed him to various alien spacecrafts being stored at the facility including the Roswell craft from 1947.
The man's confessions certainly appear convincing. He makes no secret of his worsening condition being the reason for him wanting to get the secrets off his chest, but is this conclusive evidence? Deathbed testimonies such as this one always cause a stir in the UFO and conspiracy fields. Their 'nothing to lose' nature is indeed convincing, but the lack of hard evidence alway leaves questions. One can only hope that 'The Truth Embargo' will put forward a balanced account of the issues at hand, because lets face it, another biased documentary that fails to address the many facets contained within these issues, will do no good for this area's credibility.
Of course, the movie does not rely solely on the testimony of Anonymous and it will certainly give an interesting account of the Citizen's Hearing on Disclosure as well as the people involved. More information on the film can be found on it's recently launch Official Website, but as of yet, no release date has been set.
