"Jurassic World" Director Tweets New On-Set Photo
With the filming of "Jurassic World" well underway in Hawaii, director Colin Trevorrow knows that the film's devoted fans are eagerly anticipating news from the set of this highly anticipated follow up. This morning, Trevorrow tweeted an on-set image that gives a glimpseat what the workers at the Jurassic World theme park will look like.

The photo shows a patch that is sewn onto the uniforms of the veterinary workers of the Jurassic World theme park. The patch features the outline of Isla Nublar, the island where the park is located, in bright green, with the medical insignia placed on top of it. Circular text around the logo reads: "Isla Nublar Veterinary Services. Jurassic World"
Considering that the workers will be wearing official uniforms, it seems that this film will really emphasize that Jurassic Park has moved on from it's early days as a grassroots operation and is now a mini city, with a large staff working in many different departments. This is supported by a conceptual photo that was released earlier this year that showed the new Jurassic World as being a sprawling complex with domed buildings, futuristic architecture, and well-maintained grounds— a much more legitimate operation than it was back in the 1990s.
Rumor has it that the film's male lead, Chris Pratt ("Guardians of the Galaxy") will be playing a veterinarian who will step up to the plate and heroically train a team of "good" dinosaurs to fight against genetically engineered dinosaur hybrids who will serve as the film's main villain.
We saw Bryce Dallas Howard's female lead character wearing a stylish, all-white getup when the first batch of photos were released from the film's set. The strong contrast between her outfit, which obviously prioritizes form over function, as opposed to the practical uniforms worn by the park's veterinary staff hints that her character is likely working on the business side of the park.

While releasing this image doesn't really amount to much more than a small tease, we won't have to wait too long to see it all for ourselves. The movie is set to hit theaters in just over a year, on June 12, 2015. In the meantime, be sure to follow Trevorrows twitter feed, as it's certainly becoming a great source for cryptic hints!
