Georgia Bulldogs' Christian Conley Releases A Star Wars Fan Film
The 21-year-old Star Wars fan/University of Georgia Wide Receiver/Amateur filmaker, Chrisian Conley, released his 8-month long Star Wars inspired film 'Retribution.' The film is set in a fictional "Athens" during a "period of peace and prosperity." The mock-Star-Wars opening credits read :
"The city of Athens has enjoyed years of Football and Parties under the protection of the Jedi order and Mandolorian Naast Clan. The fallen Jedi Khari Vion has been exiled since the battle of Snelling in which he tried to kill his former Master and force students to wear jean shorts. His defeat was hard fought and ultimately left his face disfigured. Since the battle, Master Croi has taken on a new pupil. The talented Killian is on the brink of being a Jedi Knight and having his masters in Awesomness. Though Killian has passed all tests with flying colors he has one lesson yet to learn. Khari Viol has been planning something so sinister that neither Killian nor Master Croi will be prepared. The stage is set for the final test. The lights go down in the Classic City as darkness falls."
In other words, it's a far-fetched Star Wars spin on the typical American Frat-Boy life filled with inside jokes that only College Football players would understand. Where he found the time to do make this between classes and football is beyond us.
