The Flash: Mark Hamill Reprises Role as the Trickster in New Promo
"Run, run, run, run, run!" In this promo for upcoming episodes of The Flash, Star Wars's Mark Hamill reprises his role as Trickster from the original 1990 series.
On the March 31 episode of The Flash, fittingly titled "Tricksters," Mark Hammill returns as Trickster, a DC Comics supervillain whose name is fairly self-explanatory. The episode will clearly have nods and winks to the allusion to the original series, as Hammill's character supposedly named himself the Trickster "twenty years ago," and there's a reference to him "rocking a unitard" with what looks like pictures of his appearance on the 1990 series.
The promo also features the return and/or advent of several other villains, including a straight-up acknowledgement of DC Comics villain Weather Wizard, who will appear on March 17, the return of Wentworth Miller's Captain Cold on March 24, and Barry's ongoing battle of wills with his mother's killer, Harrison Wells/Reverse-Flash, which will lead to Barry's attempt to change the past.
The Flash returns on March 17, with the episode "Out of Time."
