The Flash Stars Sing Glorious Gospel Version of the Firefly Theme to Thank Joss Whedon
The Flash stars Jesse L. Martin, Rick Cosnett, and Carlos Valdes filmed themselves singing a gospel cover of the Firefly theme song, "Ballad of Serenity," and it's as shiny as you would imagine it to be:

Firefly creator Joss Whedon (who also wrote/composed "Ballad of Serenity") recently donated a substantial amount of money to the co-stars' Kickstarter campaign for their short film, The Letter Carrier, a folk musical which follows a mother hiding her children from bondage in the 1860's. The actors then made this wonderful video to thank Whedon for his generous donation.

The beginning of the video is hilarious, because Jesse L. Martin is the only one of the three who is also famous for his singing career (he was part of the original cast of Rent), so it looks like the other two will just sit there smiling creepily for the entire video. Luckily, they join him, and their voices are all lovely (although I do wish Grant Gustin were a collaborator on the project so I could hear his wonderful singing voice again).

Here's the original theme song, for old times' sake:
