Watch: Did Jared Leto Try Out His Joker Voice on His 30 Seconds to Mars Tour?
Jared Leto's Joker is the most highly anticipated and the biggest source of fan trepidation in the upcoming Suicide Squad adaptation, and fans might have gotten a few small previews of his iteration of the iconic character during his 30 Seconds to Mars tour:

The voice itself isn't too groundbreaking, it sounds like a deeper, more gravelly version of Heath Ledger's Joker. (I think the most surprising part of these videos is that 30 Seconds to Mars is still together. Who knew?) But I didn't find that to be discouraging, especially since the videos, short as they were, seemed to show off Leto's charisma, which will be way more important than any kind of gimmick he uses with his voice. If his interpretation of the character is as mischievous as these clips, Suicide Squad will be all the better for it.

Suicide Squad also stars Will Smith as Deadshot, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Viola Davis and Amanda Waller, Jai Courtney as Boomerang, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, and Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg. The film comes out in theaters on August 5, 2016.
