The Sounds of Star Wars: Two-Minute Supercut of All the Sound Effects in Episode IV: A New Hope
< >
As if we needed another reason to get nostalgic about the original trilogy leading up to Star Wars: The Force Awakens, filmmaker Rishi Kaneria has given us an amazing supercut of all the iconic sounds of Star Wars: A New Hope.

The video includes all of the sounds that we most associate with the original Star Wars trilogy, including Darth Vader's breathing, Jabba the Hut's laugh, R2's adorable beeping, the *whoosh* of the X-wings, Chewie's chewieing, and of course, lightsabers galore. There's also a clip at the end in which Darth and Obi-Wan are fighting with the prop lightsabers sans sound effects, and it's hilarious. It's not quite as awkward as that ending scene without John Williams's score, but it still reminds you how stupid these people must have felt filming this entire movie.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens comes out in theaters on December 18.
