Elizabeth Olsen says Captain America: Civil Wars is Marvel's Best Movie, Confirms Baron Zemo as Main Villain
In a new interview with French TV, Elizabeth Olsen has revealed that Baron Zemo will be the main villain in Marvel's upcoming blockbuster, Captain America: Civil War. The actress, who plays Avenger Scarlet Witch, said that Daniel Brühl was more than up to the task of helming Civil War and proceeded to suggest that the Russo Brother's movie was going to be Marvel's greatest effort to date.

Opening quote
I think it's going to be the best one. For real, I am like very excited to see it myself. I only worked on set for five weeks, so I wasn't there for the majority of it. Brühl is an incredible actor and he's playing the main villain in it, and he's incredible!

It's a movie about people as opposed to robots this time. So it's darker and it's allowed to be darker because it gets more in the mindset of humans rather than machines.
Closing quote

There's certainly no doubting Brühl's talent. The German actor has had star-making turns in movies like Rush and A Most Wanted Man in recent years, and the character of Zemo is certainly an interesting one. While we don't know exactly which Baron Zemo Brühl will be playing (there are two key Zemos in Marvel canon; Heinrich, a WW2 version, and his son, Helmut who was prominent in modern day settings), both iterations have a great deal to bring to the table. Sporting a disfigured face covered up by his iconic mask, Zemo has an almost unrivalled hatred of goody two shoes Steve Rogers, and it's this hatred coupled with his superior intellect that makes him the perfect choice for the movie's dark tone that Olsen teased.

But if you're looking for more Civil War information, it's best not to look to Olsen as your source. Olsen marvelled at the sometimes ridiculous measures that are undertaken in an effort to keep key storylines a secret, decrying the equally insane lengths that fans will go to just to try and get spoilers about the movie.

Opening quote
Being part of a Marvel movie makes me feel like I'm doing the most top secret thing in the world. It's ridiculous because it's a film, but also it's too bad when people want to spoil things about movies or paparazzi are on set taking pictures of certain things. And everyone then gets to guess what it is that you're filming. And it ruins it for everyone. I was just so happy that in Avengers we were able to keep a lot of things secret so there were surprises for the audience, which is great.
